The focal point of Trisara is a sprawling 1,000 square-meter teak deck lofted above our private bay. A rocky isle sits several hundred meters offshore. Coconut palms tower above and open-air Moroccan-style daybeds, Javanese wicker chairs, and simple marble tables.
On both sides of the deck, glass-and-teak structures with Thai-style sloping roofs house our restaurant and bar. Naturally lit by day, they are detailed with arrangements of orchids and jasmine and flicker with candles by night.
Thai food, from aromatic Southern curries to Bangkok-style noodle dishes, is available all day. Our chefs combine a Thai love of big flavors with a contemporary respect for market-fresh ingredients.
Bespoke menus are available on request and an array of Australian inspired western dishes, seafood, contemporary Asian food, and little-known Thai specialties are prepared with panache. Breads, muffins, fresh ice creams and delicious hand made truffles are prepared daily.
