Non-Immigrant Visa:
If you have all your documents ready, then getting a non-immigrant Visa is not hard to get. Of course a number of people may disagree with me, but in 15 years of living in Thailand, I have never had a single problem getting a non-immigrant visa either from Singapore or Malaysia or France.
If you are currently in Thailand and need to apply for a non-immigrant visa, then I will suggest going to Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia (Singapore DOES not provide multiple entry visa) to get a MULTIPLE ENTRY NON-IMMIGRANT VISA, which gives you a visa for 1 year but every 90 days you will need to go outside the country to stamp out.
Non-immigrant visa are issued for:

- Dependent visa (O)
- Expert visa (EX)
- Investor visa (IM) for investors working with the B.O.I – Board of Investments.
- Study and/or education visa (ED).
- Official (F). Performance of official duties involving the Thai government.
- Capital Investment ( IM ).
- Investment (IB).
- Investment subject to the provision of the laws on investment promotion.
